Material and Characteristics
All-wood reagent rack: The main body is made of E1 grade 18mm melamine one-piece formed board, with 2mm PVC high-temperature hot-pressed edge waterproofing treatment. It contains power supply and is equipped with a five-hole multi-functional socket, suitable for plugs of various instruments. It has good integrity and aesthetics, and the price is relatively low, but the corrosion resistance is relatively weak.
Steel-glass reagent rack
The main column is made of 1.0mm aluminum alloy profiles, which are cut, positioned and punched to form. After acid washing and phosphating treatment, it is sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked at high temperature for curing. It has high surface adhesion, extremely strong hardness and corrosion resistance, and a beautiful appearance.
Hanger support plate
Made of 1.0mm-1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, it is formed after cutting, positioning, punching and bending. After acid washing and phosphating treatment, it is sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked at high temperature for curing, which has good load-bearing capacity.
Layer plate
Made of 1.0mm-1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, it is formed after being cut, positioned and punched, bent and welded on a CNC machining center. After pickling and phosphating treatment, it is sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked at high temperature for curing. The layer height can be freely adjusted at will.
Partition
Made of 8mm float frosted glass, with rounded corners on all four sides, it has good transparency and is convenient for observing reagents.
Anti-drop shelf
Made of 1.0mm high-quality aluminum alloy elliptical profiles, it is treated with acid washing and phosphating, then sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked at high temperature for curing. It can effectively prevent reagents from falling.
Power supply
A laboratory-specific 220V, 10A, 3-hole universal power socket is adopted, equipped with a 3-proof outer cover, which is dust-proof, splash-proof, water-proof, acid and alkali proof. The material is PC material, which is fireproof and flame-retardant.
Aluminum-glass reagent rack
Mainly made of aluminum alloy and glass. Aluminum alloy is lightweight, strong and corrosion-resistant, while glass has high transparency and is easy to clean. The multi-layer design facilitates the classified storage of reagents. The rounded edges and corners are both aesthetically pleasing and safe. It is equipped with adjustable shelves that can be flexibly adjusted according to the height and quantity of reagents, making better use of the space.
Tempered glass reagent rack
The structure includes columns, hangers, tempered glass, stainless steel pipes and sockets. The column is made of 1-millimeter-thick cold-rolled steel plate, which is acid-washed and then sprayed with epoxy resin. Its external dimensions are 40mm × 80mm × 750mm. The hanging components and tempered glass provide load-bearing and safety protection. The tempered glass is 8mm thick and can bear the weight of the laminate.
Stainless steel tube reagent rack
Made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with a pipe diameter of 12.7mm and a thickness of 1.0mm. Both ends are equipped with PVC plugs, which are easy to disassemble and clean. It has strong corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity.
PP reagent rack
Made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) plates welded together, it features resistance to strong acids and alkalis, is one-piece leak-proof, and is suitable for storing highly corrosive reagents. However, it is not heat-resistant and has a relatively low ultimate load-bearing capacity.
