Material description

PRODUCT PARAMETERS
1. Upper cabinet
The main frame is made of 8MM thick high-quality pure PP(polypropylene) plates and welded with welding rods of the same color and material. The top adopts a top cover type exhaust design, and the deflector plate is made of the same PP material. The installation dimensions are scientifically reasonable, with no airflow dead corners, achieving the maximum exhaust gas capture performance.
2. Operating countertop
The countertop of the fume hood is designed to be welded as a whole with the upper cabinet. The human position operation surface is equipped with water-blocking and anti-overflow treatment. The countertop can also be equipped with other materials according to customer requirements. The upper water trough is configured according to user requirements.
3. Lower cabinet body
The storage cabinet body is made of 8MM acid and alkali resistant PP material. Through the bending process, the columns form a “square tube structure” and a “T” shape structure, which can achieve excellent load-bearing capacity. The door panel is made of 15MM thick high-quality PP polypropylene plate.
4. Move the window
The regulating door is made of 5MM thick tempered glass, which has excellent acid and alkali resistance. The frame of the regulating door adopts a grey PPC type groove embedded design, which is sturdy and durable. The regulating door adopts synchronous belt transmission, with a PP material weight box for balanced counterweight. It features a stepless design and feels light and comfortable.
5 .Circuit equipment
It adopts an integrated controller panel with liquid crystal display function to visually control various parameters, including fan switch, lighting switch and main power switch. Each fume hood is equipped with two 220V 10A power sockets with splash covers.
