The reagent cabinet is a specialized cabinet used in laboratories for storing reagents and medicines. It is also known as a sample retention cabinet or medicine cabinet and is characterized by its convenience and durability. Its main function is to safely store chemical substances, and it is classified into three types according to the material: all-wood, all-steel and aluminum-wood mixed structure.
The all-wooden cabinet body is made of E1-grade environmentally friendly melamine decorative panels, which are fire-resistant and resistant to weak acids and alkalis. The cabinet door combines glass and wood design, and is equipped with waterproof edge banding and aluminum alloy handles.
The all-steel structure cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel plates through acid washing, phosphating and epoxy resin spraying processes, which have strong corrosion resistance. The shelves can be freely adjusted.
The aluminum-wood structure integrates an aluminum alloy frame with eco-friendly medium-density fiberboard. The frame is sprayed with epoxy resin, and all cabinet sections are treated with PVC hot melt adhesive for waterproof edge sealing. It is equipped with laboratory-specific hinges and anti-slip foot systems.
