(1) Product Technical Requirements:

The entire structure adopts an independent inner and outer support structure. The balance is placed on the inner structure and anti-vibration pads are set up to reduce the impact of vibration on the balance. External dimension error value: length, width and height ≤3mm;

The diagonal of the countertop or frame is no more than 1000m, and the allowable error value of the verticality of adjacent sides is no more than 3mm.

(II) Process Requirements:

2.1 Countertop section: The outer support countertop is made of 12.7mm thick core physical and chemical board of Ruixin brand, which is specially designed for laboratories, and the edges are increased to 25.4mm.

It is resistant to corrosion, erosion by various strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, has toughness, impact resistance, water resistance, anti-bacterial growth, contains no toxic substances, has no radiation, is healthy, environmentally friendly and anti-static.

The inner support countertop is made of high-quality natural granite with a thickness of over 20mm, and shock-absorbing pads are installed at the bottom.

2.2 Wooden parts: The veneer and edge banding components should be tight and smooth, without delamination, bubbling, depressions, indentations, surface scratches, pockmarks, cracks, chipped corners or sharp edges. The rounded corners and chamfers on the surface should be uniform and consistent. The cabinet body should be placed on the ground and have skirting boards added.

2.3 The main frame of the steel components of the steel-wood structure is formed by welding high-quality metal profiles of 40*60*1.5. The surface is treated with acid washing, phosphating, and high-temperature curing of pure epoxy resin plastic powder, which is smooth and flat. There must be no peeling of the spray coating, blisters, depressions, indentations, surface scratches, pockmarks, cracks, chipping corners or cutting edges, etc. The minimum requirement for the drilling position is determined by the mold. Cutting, drilling and chamfering should be deburred.

2.4 Cleaning: The surface of the workpiece should be free of glue stains, especially the edge banding area and the band surface, which should be smooth and clean.

2.5 Rubber hinges and handles: Made of anti-corrosion alloy materials, they meet international hardware industry standards. The handle adopts a straight invisible handle.

2.6 Three-section guide rail: Made of DTC brand, it can withstand a pressure of 30 kilograms, formed by mold, freely extended and retracted, and can stay in any space at will.

2.7 Adjustable feet: Special ABS adjustable feet, with waterproof nylon hexagonal rings on the bottom, anti-slip, shockproof and anti-corrosion. Adjustable height 30-50MM, capable of bearing a load of over 300 kilograms. And it is equipped with a load-bearing nut.
