Product Detail

All-steel central laboratory bench

It is mainly used in the core areas of laboratories in research institutes, universities, chemical plants, and biopharmaceuticals, and can support large-scale instruments and equipment as well as experimental testing. The countertop can be made of solid core physical and chemical board, epoxy resin board and other acid and alkali resistant materials. The cabinet body is made of cold-rolled steel plate structure treated with acid washing and phosphating, and the surface is coated with epoxy resin electrostatic coating, with a static load-bearing capacity of over 250 kilograms.

The product frame is composed of rectangular steel pipes, equipped with an adjustable reagent rack, splash-proof socket and three silent slide rails. The sink is made of PP material and paired with a copper laboratory faucet. Some models support non-standard customization and are adapted to the laboratory water and electricity system through modular design.

Countertop Section
The all-steel central laboratory countertop can be constructed using various solid core or veneered materials, such as epoxy resin boards, phenolic resin boards, granite, stainless steel, ceramic, and other optional surfaces. Customers may choose from two standard color options: black and off-white.

Cabinet body

The cabinet body is constructed from 1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, which serve as the primary material for all-steel cabinets in the central laboratory bench. These steel plates undergo acid washing and phosphating treatments, followed by an epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating on the surface. This ensures stable and well-balanced performance, offering excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion.

The framework features a supporting crossbeam made from 60x40mm cold-rolled rectangular steel pipe, with supporting columns of the same specification. Cold-rolled channel steel is welded and embedded on both sides for added structural integrity. The surface of the framework is treated with color zinc electroplating to provide anti-rust protection prior to further processing. After assembly using carbon dioxide cold welding, the framework undergoes acid washing, phosphating, and is coated with an epoxy resin electrostatic powder layer to enhance acid and alkali resistance, as well as corrosion resistance.

The protective coating has passed adhesion testing via the drop impact test and is capable of withstanding a static load exceeding 250 kilograms. The support columns are designed to be directly mounted onto the cabinets, eliminating the need for wall fixation and preventing wall damage.

Reagent rack and shelf: The structural base of the reagent rack and shelf is formed from 1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The shelves are composed of 10mm thick frosted glass with a dual-layer design and adjustable height holes, allowing for flexible height adjustments based on actual usage requirements.

Socket: The electrical sockets are laboratory-grade safety components, featuring dust-proof, splash-proof, water-resistant, acid and alkali resistant properties. Constructed from fireproof and flame-retardant PC material, they are suitable for demanding laboratory environments.

Slide rail: The drawer slides are heavy-duty three-section ball-bearing rails, offering high load-bearing capacity, smooth operation, and noise-free performance.

Hinge: High-quality chrome-plated steel hinges are used for durability and corrosion resistance.

Handle: The handles are concealed straight-line style, made from either aluminum alloy or PVC materials.

Sink: The sink is a high-quality polypropylene (PP) model specifically designed for laboratory use, providing excellent acid and alkali resistance.

Faucet: The laboratory-grade faucet features a copper porcelain valve core and is coated with an epoxy resin electrostatic powder finish for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Faucet (three-port): A specialized three-port faucet designed for laboratory testing, constructed from copper with an EPOXY-sprayed surface finish that provides resistance to acids, alkalis, and rust.

Adjustable combination feet: The adjustable feet are equipped with anti-slip, shock-absorbing, acid and alkali resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, while also offering strong load-bearing capacity.
